It is a problem when most immigrants are from certain countries only because it is easier for citizens of those countries to enter illegally due to their geographic location. That’s an arbitrary basis for admitting someone.
We need to be much tighter about control of our literal borders, while still allowing in skilled laborers and people with genuine asylum claims–of whom there are many.
